DXCC: Agrofood Industry

  Traditionally, we identify the food product with the places where it is produced or elaborated. It indicates us, on the one hand, the origin of the product, and in the other hand, a product with tradition, dedication, technique and the market recognition.
  The actual consumer ask for quality products well-made, but preserving their natural and handicrafts characteristics.
  In order that the Galician products, that had won recognition and fame, don´t cheat to the consumer, the "Consellería de Agricultura, Ganadería e Montes" give the appellation of Origin or the nomination "Producto galego de calidade" (Quality Galician Product").
  The objectives are:

To protect the typical Galician products.
To foment the industrialization and there productions.
To warrant the quality by means of Regulation Boards.
To promote the products in the markets.
To protect the name and origin guarantee.
